PASS4 Scholarships Ireland are a ‘not for profit’ organisation operating in the UK and Ireland: We assist hundreds of students gaining sports scholarships in the USA: The role is to promote, foster and develop this activity as well as coordinate and manage Assessment Days, Annual Showcase events and exhibit at various events to aid recruitment:
Reporting to the Directors, the Scholarship Consultant will be responsible for planning, directing and controlling the business in Ireland and will assist with Senior Management decisions:
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruiting, guiding and placing students in universities in the USA
· Plan and manage various Information and Assessment Days
· Plan and manage an annual US Coaches Showcase
· Promoting Network players to US University Sports Coaches
- Database production and maintenance
- Managing customer relations
- Managing Diary items and scheduling visits
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Competitor research
- Conducting analysis and preparing reports ensuring the optimum use of IT
- Preparing and submitting monthly reports
The successful candidate shall have:
· Degree education (US University preferred)
· Experience of the US University Sector
· Soccer Coaching Badges
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
· A passion for the role
· Availability outside normal working hours
· Full Clean Driving License
· Computer Literate
A background in or knowledge of football and an understanding of the importance of working with volunteers, affiliates, clubs would be an advantage:
