FAI National Draw

Dear Sir/ Madam,

After the summer break schools are now focused on planning for the year ahead.  A big part of that planning is how you are going to fund your school teams for the coming year.  This is something the FAI National Draw can definitely help you with.

This year’s draw launched in June and to date over 200 teams are already selling tickets and raising essential funds. There are many ways to use the tickets:

  • some schools take any opportunity they can to sell them in their community
  • some provide them to sponsors rather than just asking for cash
  • others allow players to sell them to cover their fees for the year

Whatever way your school uses the draw one thing is certain, if your members get behind it you have an opportunity to raise a significant amount of money. One club alone made just over €17,000 profit from last year’s draw, and had a few prize winners.

You can order right up to Friday 8th November and have until Monday November 25th to return tickets to the FAI.

The Draw takes place in the Aviva Stadium on Thursday 5th December.

This year’s draw has the same great range of prizes and continues to be an effective, risk free fundraising option for schools.  You don’t have to worry about the prizes, the tickets and the licences. We do all that. What you have to do is sell the tickets and make €8.50 profit from each ticket sold.
